How to get a sample?
Sample would be sent for client confirmation until satisfied after various adjustment. And INFI-AS assists the clients with the easiest efficiency, lowest cost, longer longevity ways on machining mold production. Sample charges would be flexible according to each custom made part. Our sales staffs will send each customer on how much it is. 

What shall I do during the production?
Mass production plan would be made after sample approval. Meet the needs of each order lead time through the discussion with clients. Keep timely communication with clients for any questions unexpected together with packing and shipment issues.

What is INFI-AS’s quality assurance?
Assure the quality is the same as the samples. Assure the dimensions and tolerance within the control of the drawings. From material check----in process check---projector check---appearance check until to the packing, each step was strictly controlled by the inspector. The machining tolerance is mirco to 0.005mm. Packing way would be easy to hand, under well protection between parts and parts inside the carton during the loading and unloading.

What is INFI-AS’s production lead time assurance?

CNC machines equipment with manipulators/robots are our obvious advantageous. It not only reduces the daily higher manual cost but also greatly speed the production effiency. So that whatever the customers makes, our production lead time will always be assured and satisfied.

What is INFI-AS's after service?
Sales would be tracking each order process until onto the hand of our clients abroad. For any questions on shipping and technical, both our sales and engineer will correspond with our professional capability to help solve problems.
